Plan 1 – Direct Cremation  $692
This price includes pick up from place of death*, death certificate completion, cremation of the body and storage of the cremated remains for up
to 30 days for pick up by survivors. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase
the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we use are

Plan 2 – Direct Cremation plus Memorial Service $1,299
This price includes pick up from place of death*, death certificate completion, cremation of the body in an alternative cardboard container and
temporary storage of the cremated remains for up to 30 days for pickup by survivors. Includes memorial arrangements, handling of flowers and
directing memorial-type services at your Church or Community Center, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Plan 3 – Traditional Mortuary Service with Cremation $2,899
This price includes pick up from place of death*, death certificate completion, embalming, dressing, cosmetology, handling of flowers, directing of
services at your church or community center, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes a beautiful rental
casket, with cremation after the service. (*Residences – add’l $75.00) (*Counties outside King, Snohomish or Skagit – add’l $100.00)

 

Plan 4 – Direct Burial WITHOUT Graveside Service $999
This price includes pick up from place of death*, death certificate completion, delivery of casket Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and
4:00 PM to a cemetery in local service area. (*Residences – add’l $75.00) (*Counties outside King, Snohomish or Skagit– add’l $100.00)

Plan 6 – Full Mortuary Service $2,399
This price includes pick up from place of death*, death certificate completion, embalming, dressing, cosmetology, handling of flowers, directing of
services at your church or community center Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, delivery of casket to a cemetery in
the local service area and directing a committal service. Price does not include a casket.

Plan 7 – Forwarding Decedent to another Funeral Home $1,585
This price includes pick up from place of death*, embalming, casketing, coordination with receiving funeral home, flight arrangements and delivery
of the casket in an air tray or combo unit as required by airlines. Casket, Air Tray or Combo Unit is not included.

Plan 8 – Receiving Decedent from another Funeral Home $799
This price includes pick up of casket/air tray or combo unit from airport and transportation of body to funeral home/cemetery within the local

All packages include Social Security Administration notification and Plans 1-8 include Washington State Cremation/Burial fee.

GENERAL PRICE LIST

These prices are effective 1 March 2017 and are subject to change without notice.
The goods and services shown below are those we provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral
arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.
If legal or other requirements mean that you must buy any
items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services
you selected. This list does not include the prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services,
flowers and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement of goods and services you selected.

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff $595
Our professional service fee includes, but is not limited to, consultation with family and clergy, preparation and filing of necessary notices, basic
overhead and operating expenses, authorizations and consents, other services and attendants, prior to, during, and following the funeral, including
coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, such as cemetery, crematory, catering, organists, vocalists, transportation and
others. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already
included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.)

 

Embalming $495
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. However, embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral
arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not
require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Some cemeteries require embalming when placing remains in a
mausoleum.
